Special Report: $14.95

“What every small business owner needs to know about their website.”

Here’s the 8 rules of wisdom essential for making your business website successful.

If your website isn’t netting you a pile of cash every month then you’re missing out. Some people forget their websites #1 goal should be to sell, to make YOU MORE MONEY. I can assure you, this is no easy task. Even some of best web developers, programmers, consultant’s don’t understand what it takes to be successful. Listed are 7 unbreakable rules you must know in order to squeeze profit and add value to your business.

Rule #1: Your website is a 24x7x365 year around automatic salesperson. It is also AMAZINGLY cheap & easy to maintain.

This is the #1 reason why ecommerce grows at staggering pace. Over 40 billion dollars sold online last year alone. Websites are inexpensive and act as automatic 24/7 salespeople for you. Once your content is created and your strategy selected, it can earn massive sums for your business regardless of your industries. This is a huge plus and allows people to operate their business at the touch of finger.

Rule #2: Your website MUST generate steady traffic from search engines to matter. This can be done 2 ways. Organic and paid.

Organic Traffic:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – This means optimizing your website to rank well in the Search Engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing for your chosen keyword terms.

Online Advertising:

• Pay Per Click (PPC) or Online Advertising- Buying online traffic is another way of driving visitors and potential customer to your website. The most popular way is through Google PPC advertising. Pay per click traffic puts you at the very top of the search engine results but it’s a complicated system that takes a lot skill and time to master. And you can always check out any number of websites who may want you to advertise to their custmers. Look for deals with online vendors.

Remember: If your website doesn’t get much traffic it can’t act as the Free Super-Effective Salesperson it is.

Rule #3: Your website’s #1 purpose is to create a conversion!

A conversion is the primary action you would like to see a web visitor take. This conversion should carry a strong return on investment.

Many people never learn this cardinal rule. You should always drive customers to action on your site. Most often this is done by encouraging a visitor to fill out an online form, “call now,” print off a coupon, join their e-newsletter, convert the sale of a product.

Rule #4: Small Traffic can yield BIG Results

If your website does even a descent job converting web traffic into leads, it can mean big money for you, even if you don’t get a lot of traffic. For example: Lets say you get just 85 visitors per month & 6 of those visitors filled out your free consultation form, or requested a quote. Lets see how many customers we could get a month. So 6 conversions. 6 x 12 months = 64 interested prospects. If you convert only 1/3 into paying customers you’d have = 22 new customers. Now image how 22 new customers in one month would impact your business. is the lifetime earning potential of each customer? Many people mistakenly dismiss small traffic as meaning nothing, but if your website does it’s job it should converts leads into paying customers.

Rule #5: You must know your customers, you must track and understand your analytical data. Which tells you…

Another beautiful thing about websites, you can test and track every element on a webpage. This allows you to analyze visitors behaviors and make adjustments appropriately.
Basic Things You Must Know

• How much traffic you’re getting

• How much traffic you’re converting

• Where your traffic comes from

• What is the first action they take on your website

• What is your bounce rate

If you don’t know much about your website you could be squandering some valuable resources. Learn from your web traffic, you can find out FREE using Google analytics.

Rule #6: Always Guide Website Visitors Down a Pre Determined Sales Funnel.

You can’t throw a bunch of random content and crap on a webpage and expect sales to happen. You need to give your visitors what they came for, information. The information you give should naturally guide visitors down a pre-determined sales funnel. We approach the problem like them. How we can solve their problem or need best. Tell them how we can make their life easier.  This guides visitors down a predetermined sales funnel. Answer questions, explain your product or service clearly, make sure he understands how it’ll benefit him. Then give him an incentive to act immediately. This process should be easy and natural and should gradually lead to a sale or conversion.

Rule #7: To improve online success, testing is mandatory!

One of the great things about web pages is you can test EVERYTHING. You can A/B test every area of your website. You simply test one area of your website while leaving everything else the same. You then make the change and see how many primary conversions each change captured. Testing comes later though once you’ve built a solid business foundation.

Rule #8: Your website needs a Unique Selling Proposition (USP).

Why should I, your prospect, choose to do business with you vs. any and every other option available? The same thing applies to a website visitor. Why should they be at your website? Why should it be important to them?

Here’s what I ask of every single client, before we ever start to work together.

• You promise to listen to all of my advice and accept what I say as fact and the law!

• I need the resources it takes to succeed. You need to give me whatever I ask for, and quick.
